Why should your business use Exit Interviews?

Well, first up and most importantly Exit Interviews will make a difference!  This is an opportunity to understand why your employees leave and to assess the “why” of it all; especially if your business is experiencing “The Great Resignation” in the post-pandemic business climate.

To conduct a good exit interview:

  5. Use an external provider if appropriate: Weigh up the benefits of impartiality in the process
  6. Understand feedback: Listen, appreciate & assess the feedback from outgoing employees
