WorkBetter Client Survey Results

We recently conducted a Client Satisfaction Survey.   We conduct all manner of surveys on behalf of our clients on a regular basis but had never considered doing one about us to our clients! 

So why do it you may ask!!!!  

Well, we thought it would be a good time to get feedback on our service offerings and to see what our clients felt we could improve on!   

All businesses need to consider continuous improvement as part of their normal business model and while we talk to our clients about continuous improvement strategies regularly, this time we put “the boot on the other foot,” so to speak and took our own advice! 

It’s been a humbling experience I must say and we thank everyone who responded. 

We though you might like to see what the majority of our clients said:

Our services met their needs either Very Well or Extremely Well.

They rated us Above Average or Excellent for our:



Response Times,

Value for Money,

Project Delivery times,

Knowledge and understanding of their business needs 

They were comfortable and at ease discussing their business needs with our consultants.

The words they felt best described our services best were:

Reliable, High Quality, Effective, Well Tailored and Easy to Understand.

So where to from here? 

As we’re always trying to review and improve to ensure that our processes and knowledge are current and best practice; it was great to see that our client’s responses showed that our commitment
to them is on track and appreciated. 

One of the interesting things that came out of the survey process was the types of services the clients used the most or felt were the most valued for them. 

So perhaps we’ll review our service offerings next as part of our ongoing commitment to our clients and to continuous improvement!
